Who Uses FlagUp
Coaches and team managers create accounts. Parents view read-only content through share links without an account.
Information We Collect
Account information, team and roster details entered by coaches, payment information processed by our payment provider, and basic usage data.
How We Use Information
To provide the service, process payments, generate AI recaps, and send service-related emails. We do not sell personal information.
Parent Share Links
Coaches may generate read-only share links so parents can view games, stats, and recaps without creating an account.
Service Providers
We use third-party processors for hosting, authentication, payments, video, and AI. A current list will be provided.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.
Children's Privacy
Players do not create accounts. Coaches enter player information and must confirm they have parent/guardian permission to do so.
