By using FlagUp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts & Roles
Coaches and managers create accounts and are responsible for the information they enter, including roster data.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed via our payment provider on a monthly or seasonal basis as selected at checkout.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and windows will be described here.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of the service.
Acceptable Use
Do not use FlagUp to harass, harm minors, upload illegal content, or attempt to break the service.
AI Features
AI-generated recaps and suggestions are provided as-is and may contain errors. Review before sharing.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlagUp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where FlagUp is organized.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
